He collects information such as health history, physical condition, and social details to assess your healthcare needs and provide appropriate care. • Electronic transmissions are anonymized or encrypted when necessary.
• External consultants and agencies sign privacy agreements to ensure confidentiality.RETENTION AND DESTRUCTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Daniel The Physio retains client records for at least ten years before securely disposing of them. Paper files are shredded, and electronic records are permanently deleted. If hardware is discarded, hard drives are physically destroyed to prevent data recovery.ACCESSING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
