Services

In-Home Physiotherapy

I provide physiotherapy services directly in the homes of residents in London, Ontario, and surrounding communities. By working within your home environment, I tailor assessment and treatment plans specific to your mobility needs and the requirements of your space, ensuring that your recovery is practical and effective. In addition to delivering hands-on care, I assess your living space to optimize it for safety, focusing on fall prevention strategies and ergonomic adjustments to help reduce the risk of injury. My goal is to ensure that your home becomes a supportive space that aids in your long-term health and well-being.

Virtual Physiotherapy

I offer secure and confidential online physiotherapy sessions to residents across Ontario, providing the flexibility to receive expert care from the comfort of your own home. During these sessions, I perform detailed mobility assessments and develop tailored treatment plans, ensuring your needs are met even in a virtual setting. I also assess your home environment to optimize it for safety, helping you prevent accidents and support your recovery process. In addition, my virtual appointments can include personalized exercise programs, posture correction, pain management strategies, and ergonomic advice for your workspace.

Approach

Creating a comfortable environment

I prioritize creating a comfortable environment where my patients feel safe to ask questions, voice concerns, and actively participate in their care. Open and effective communication is central to my practice, ensuring that patients always feel heard and understood. By fostering trust and approachability, I aim to build strong patient relationships that support a more effective, collaborative path to recovery.

Empowering you on your journey

I believe that education is the key to lasting recovery and peak performance. My mission goes beyond just providing treatment—it’s about empowering my patients with the knowledge and tools they need to take control of their own health. Through personalized education, guidance, and active involvement in their care, I ensure that each patient is equipped to manage their well-being and make informed decisions.

Achieving functional outcomes

What’s important to you is important to me, and I’m committed to ensuring you have every opportunity to excel in the activities that matter most to you. By understanding your personal goals and lifestyle needs, treatments are tailored not only to address current deficiencies but also to identify other areas for improvement. This ensures you receive the most comprehensive care for your overall well-being.

Over the years, my physiotherapy approach has helped numerous patients regain their strength and mobility. Hear what some have to say about their experiences on my Testimonials page.
